Our hammam is a small vaulted room in blue tadelakt, under the courtyard. One booking at a time, so it is always yours: warm marble, steam, the kessa, an argan massage, then mint tea.

Four steps, no hurry.

About an hour. Bring nothing: everything waits for you in the room.

    Steam

    Ten minutes on warm marble, to open the skin.

  2. 02

    Black soap

    Beldi soap made from olives, left to work.

  3. 03

    Kessa

    The glove, from head to toe. You leave lighter.

  4. 04

    Rhassoul & argan

    A clay mask, then a massage with argan oil.

Yoga before the medina wakes up.

At 7:30 on the roof terrace, with a teacher from the medina. An hour of slow practice, all levels, then breakfast in the sun.
